Shipping policy

At the moment we can only offer cash on delivery payment option to Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and GCC countries.

GCC, Egypt & Lebanon	USD 500	USD 20 for the first USD100 and USD 5 for each additional USD 100 or part

 

Shipping Timeline

Shipping timelines are 2-14 business days depending on availability. The shipping timelines are different for backordered and made-to-order pieces. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

The above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.

For international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Maru does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Signing for deliveries

All deliveries sent by courier will require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address our delivery company will contact you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'in a safe place'.

Changing or canceling the order

If your item is in stock we prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.
