Refund policy
We have a 3 day return policy for orders from Jordan and a 30-day return policy for international orders, which means you have 3 or 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Maru will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Maru has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@jewelsofmaru.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Engraved and Monogrammed Products
All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
Bundle Sets
The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.
Special Sizes or Special Orders
Special orders and sizes are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
Sale Items or gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns. - The item must have been sold on our online store - The item shouldn't have been used in any way - The item should have in its original packaging with all the tags etc. - The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery To request an exchange, please submit your request via "contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
